I dislike everything, first no promotion or salary increase. Never ever salary will get increase for 1 rupee, I remember there was an need for TL, because we were working good so manager offered some of us the job not entire team, and we didn't like the profile because no hike and unlimited hours of work. Also I was working from home, at the time of leaving, they tortured me and forced me to visit office for 10 days just to ensure my leaving, just to get my last working day approved, I visit office at 8am then waited there for 11 hrs with my laptop and , manager never give me an update, at the end of the day they asked me to visit again tomorrow. Nothing as much.. Here just work and get money... Every day is last day... No proper management and no company policy as such... Everyone make a own rule from Team Leader to Director. If you are not employed and not getting job then temporary can work for money.. But not for long time if you are looking for career growth.

Company policy, Transport, Team leader and manager are under skilled. They will act like a king and you are their slave. HR is a God and you have to beg for any documents and work.
