Likes

The first and upmost thing I look for is Job Security. Xoriant is stable org and does takes care of their employees very well. Work culture is also good. Overall its a very good company.

Dislikes

Apart for Appraisal rate I don't think there is anything I would suggest here. That also may be specific to my case. (Not sure)

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
