You got salary on time

Dislikes

Work culture is not good for young generations. Not good increment. Not growth in salary. Only 6paid holidays in a year. 6days working. Sunday working some times. Every year Late increment. Not a good place for work if you want to growth in salary and want to learn new things.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
