Senior person do miss behaviour with the junior's specially in the DRA department Manager in DRA department (Mrs. Richa) she never do support &appreciate for the work.She always need work and work she put lot of pressure on junior's and not tell about concept of RA always required the and correct work even she is also not corrected many time in her work. She is not a good managing person because she dont know how to district the work with team and she is fail to manage the workload.
