Senior person do miss behaviour with the junior's specially in the DRA department Manager in DRA department (Mrs. Richa) she never do support &appreciate for the work.She always need work and work she put lot of pressure on junior's and not tell about concept of RA always required the and correct work even she is also not corrected many time in her work. She is not a good managing person because she dont know how to district the work with team and she is fail to manage the workload. Management and HR also know about her but they don't take action on it that why she is doing this She do misbehave with fresher employee she said that " if you don't do this then search your new job " we inform to the HR Department but no action is taken by the HR & management.she is do same behaviour with me and we inform to HR Department and Management but not action taken. This problem is not only RA Department same problem on the other department,So I request don't join the Xl laboratory....Read More

1. If you are fresher you can join XL Laboratories bhiwadi plant for learing purpose.

1. No HR policy 2. No Transport facility 3. Worst canteen facility 4. No leave policy 5. Working hours for staff to long (08:00 to 18:30) 6. Before join in senior post please discuss with any your known person who know complete about the cmpany and his last achivment. 7. No any medicle facility 8. We do everything for organization but organization never do any thing for us at any stage
