The only positive thing about this job is the colleagues. They were really friendly and helpful in times needed. The team leaders were brilliant, humble and friendly as well.

Dislikes

I have seen 4 of my friends/colleagues getting terminated from the job for silly reasons in a matter of 3 months. Your voice is suppressed in this company. You can't express your opinion towards there illegal practices. I use the word illegal because we were asked to use misinformation to convert the leads into clients. They used to purchase the leads from other companies without any consent of these people, I found this as a violation of privacy. We had to handle a majority of angry leads because they never signed up to this company which in turn affected my mental health<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I worked there for 4 months but they never paid my 4th month salary saying I didn't reach the sales target which is totally false</mark>. They will try to blame you for something you haven't done. Mr Varun Singh the MD of the company is the worst of them all. He will treat you more like a slave than a employee. He doesn't understand how to run a company, there is so much mismanagement, terminations and all the unnecessary drama in here. I would not like anyone to suffer just as I did so don't even think about joining this company because in just 1 week you will start regretting it....Read More
