Job Description
- Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Recruitment / HR / Sales / BPO / Insurance/ Counseling.
- Filing the cases, Taking Follow ups for the documents, solving client queries
- Helping Individuals who wanted to reallocate internationally
- Maintain strong working client relationship
- Excellent communication skills & command of English (Mandatory).
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with computers and the Internet is a must.
- Very good in assist immigrants with filing paperwork and legal representation in order to obtain work authorization.
- Documentation for visa for US, Australia, Hong kong, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Europe requirements.
- Handling client queries over the phone and in meetings & emails.
- Daily follow up with the clients and help in filling the forms.
- Immigration filings & process.
- Passion to learn and grow.
- Responsible and motivated to give your best.
- Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to accomplish results.

Team members were the only positive thing in this place
Worst management definitely not a good place to work. Forget about salary and self respect if you are joining this place. Hardwork is neither recognised nor appreciated. They make you work like a slave. The company does not provide even a single benefit or facility for the staff. There are so many better places to work never ever join this organisation.
