Team members were the only positive thing in this place

Dislikes

Worst management definitely not a good place to work. Forget about salary and self respect if you are joining this place. Hardwork is neither recognised nor appreciated. They make you work like a slave. The company does not provide even a single benefit or facility for the staff. There are so many better places to work never ever join this organisation.

Work Details

At the time of interview and joining they bluff about promotion and salary hike just for the sake of convincing the candidate to join even after working for more than 2 years you get nothing. Cunning money minded people.

It's a trap company once you enter u have not much option of learning.The mgt comprises of family so disputes goes on.They don't pay salary on time,if u leave the company they will make your notice period (2 months)hell.They won't pay salary for those 2 months and neither they provide leaving documents.While joining they take your one original document and will not return that too.Their you won't get respect no matter how much you work,they are abusive and my suggestion is never never get into the trap company.Not only employees they cheat their clients as well and many cases has been filed on the company.Those are criminals sitting in offices they should be behind bars for cheating clients and exploiting employees.Only one holiday in a month and if u take 2 holidays they deduct salary of 3 days.Employees are asked to come on Gandhi jayanti and other festival days and in case u didn't came on any election day or bus was not available u need to go on Sunday....Read More
