Only chaploos and survive here, bosses never check how good your are working on ground, they check much you can show your work on their official groups , Do nothing and share everything is the correct policy to survive here. Bosses never talk to their team personally they always make their perception on what chaploos are telling them.

Well, the company culture at the HO and in Online Sales is very good! However, Offline Sales work culture is pathetic! Specially after Manu Jain moved to Global Sales and offline sales is taken over by Murali and Sunil Baby! It has worsened! However, it's exactly opposite to the Online Sales department and other departments!

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
