Some Special People gets increment. HR Never come to ask about Employee problems. No personal work-life balance. The manager thinks engineers are in company to work 24*7 bcoz company gives some money for it

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
