As my Stars mentioned it's an average company in Ireland. They have been closing down the UK devisions and everything is coming towards Ireland. At this moment they don't know how to handle that, and there for the work load is for several countries as the Netherlands, is very high, but that could be changing in the future. Career groweth is something you need to look into your self. If you want to grow, there are oppertunities to follow online, but in terms of position? That's also possible that it will be changing in the future, but at this moment there are not that much oppertunities in Ireland. Because I worked in the Past for Xerox, it was boring, because I'm an over qualified Technical Engineer, and Xerox is not that Technical enough for me.

Company was good when it was xerox but now the condition is horrible as it became conduent work life balance has gone , no hikes for years management is poor and regular cost cuttings are common these days.
