The organization designed the Internship Program in such a way, that Interns should able to execute the tasks independently ( Tasks are Basics of Linux. Database and Programming language and Software development practices, DevOps and Test Driven development ) Most People are still not able to work independently and they need classroom training. So , Most of people not able to clear the L1 stage . 95% Reviews of the people are those who worked less 2 months with organization and not able to clear L1 stage. Stipend is paid to those people who clear the L1 stage and move further to L2 Stage Only
