Over all a good organization. HR policy is good. being small/mid size mnc every one knows each other. Less politics. Learnings might be limited for Indian employee as comp it self only has parental dosage forms only. Hence no other dosage forms to explore. Being multi national setup good place to learn different cultures. One of very few organization that keep each and every employee involved and informed about high level thoughts. Leaders are very dinamic and open nature. Very flat organization culture....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
