Opportunity to work in new technologies is given to limited people. Your suggestions are not important. Few guys decide what is good even they did lot of mistakes in the past.

Xeeva recently went through an organizational restructuring which caused 40% Layoffs. Since post leadership changed Xeeva is growing and striving to become a stable company, Teams are helpful and cooperative with minimal politics.
