Management didn't fire any Employee during Covid-19 Lockdown. No Salary deductions in Covid-19. Health and Medical Insurance for employee and family.

Dislikes

Company do not provide any reimbursement e.g. Internet and Telephone, Petrol or Food. There is no policy defined, any policy can be defined overnight and is made mandatory. If any employee gets paid more than others, that employee is expected to work more than others irrespective of their skill sets
