Career growth opportunities is the best part of XDBS

There's nothing that i could appreciate working with XDBS. Efforts aren't recognized, filthy upper management, occult practices, no leadership abilities. Manager+ executives are not matured and haven't seen a world outside XDBS. Your salaries get deducted for not regularizing the attendance, terrible working culture. My personal opinion - Management doesn't have decision making skills, lack of leadership qualities. It's NOT a very employee friendly environment. I personally regret joining that company.

The biggest wrong decision I've ever taken in my life ia joining XDBS, everyday you're getting threaten that you'll get red cards.No work life balance, you've to work for minimum 12 hours everyday still it's not secure that you'll get paid for all the working days because your manager can issue a red card to you at any point of time...My life become a hell now...
