There is no transiency about job security, they not provide PF, insurance, salary sleep, form no 16, confirmation latter, etc, employees feel very insecure over there

They not professional, they’re is not HR , admin department, they not provide travelling expansions or any expansions to the employees, there they not provide PF , insurance. Salary sleep, form No 16, not provide confirmation letter, employment letter

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
