Company is too biased. Not even having quality single senior designation employee. Employee who are on higher designation don't have knowledge of anything. They are worse than executive.

Overall working together with team and being a part of brand launch. One of the best place where you'll develope your skills and can have great exposure. Extremely aggressive approach towards selling.

Dislikes

Working hours are bit streched consider 10-12 hours average. Sometimes exceed upto 13Hr. No weekends, you can take a day off in weekdays.

Company is great especially being a start up , you have great opportunities to grow and learn. Its a young company with young people and your ideas are respected

Alot of Politics and company doesn’t address them. Your growth is hampered if you are not in good terms with your seniors. Alot of favouritism
