Company is great especially being a start up , you have great opportunities to grow and learn. Its a young company with young people and your ideas are respected

Alot of Politics and company doesn’t address them. Your growth is hampered if you are not in good terms with your seniors. Alot of favouritism

The company was doing well till mid 2021 but many experienced and amazing resources left for other opportunities due to lack of incentives which were not paid for 2 years and no scope of promotion.

Dislikes

The job requires lots of travel and locations keep changing monthly. The HR is unresponsive, lethargic and inefficient. Eg- my salary for 23days was cut because the HR made an error confusing my name with another person and when tried contacting them there was no response. Finally the due amount was paid after 3 long months. There is still one months salary pending since the time covid started which the CEO keeps promising will be paid but has never come....Read More

Work Details

There is no work life balance as you start your day at 9am and end at 9pm excluding the travel. If you get a far off project in kharghar etc then you are bound to reach home by 11pm.
