It is completely sales drive company, lot of work pressure, work life balance bhul jao..But most of the people are very young and engergetic, a freshers learns a lot working with Xanadu. However, sometimes salary is delayed, but they inform 1 day prior. They provide Company Cabs for visits, also if a person stays upto 8 PM at office, Cab is provide to reach home

Dislikes

No work life balance, many times even week Offs are canceled people have to work 15-20 days straight. Delay in salaries.

Salary date is not fixed, most of the day login time will be more than 14 to 15 hours, we can say the politics company, no travel allowances if you travel more than 80km per day, As per CEO minimum appraisal 10% but you will get lesser than 10% after waiting 20 to 22 months..
