Everything like from the day I’ve joined I’ve been put into different different projects where there was no learning curve, and people who started as interns 10-15 years ago are managers now with 0 technical knowledge. No new tech to work on. Nobody wants to improve all are there in their comfort zone. Worstest management in recognising actual good employees. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
