1. Company collects last original Marksheet to retain the employee for 6 months. 2. Company pays salary on 7th day for first year complete in Wysetek, no trust on Employee 3. Too much hr evolve in Technical things. 4. Instead of work and solving issues company keep interest in reports and documentation. 5. This is not like a job, but it is like a delivery boy, meanwhile field work. 6 Laptop/asset what they provide is like very ancient one, which takes 30-40 minutes to boot and shut down as well. 7 Regarding client visit they will not allow you cab as well you have to go via bike and they will reimburse it for fuel only 2₹/km I.e. maintainance will be paid by yourself....Read More

Joined as a fresher and had a good experience. Learnt new technologies. Had opportunity to work on different cyber security products like Load Balancer, Firewall, WAF, etc. Here you have the chance to work on different cyber security products rather than sticking to only one. Good salary hike.

Not a negative part but most of the time we need to study on our own as there are less trainings.

Very unprofessional HR and management is third class. rude behavior of TL's (Amit Sharma, Amol Bathe & Amit Sail) those never comes to office but using call coordinator Brenda they get all update for engineer. they even count how much time your going to washroom and admin shouts at you if your using extra tissues at washroom. recommend not to join wysetek at any cost. worst culture.
