1.manager is the idiot (samit Majumdar) always moving like pendulum 2.asst.manager(gargi saha) is the making all the decisions and making everyone dance on her fingers 3. Dibyendu lal is hell lot of flirt kind of person. Harassing every girl eventhough he is married 4. They don't provide any support only they need is sale 5. No one should join wwics ever 6. Just the name is big inside everything is so filthy. 7. They will just make a fake sale report and ask you to complete in given timeframe 8. The company expects you to know n learn everything in one go and of course start achieving your targets from first month itself. No data support, no marketing, the kolkata team is lead by a person who is still living in 1950's..and working in the same manner. Head office backup regarding operations is disgusting. Salary does not come before 16th or 17th of a month that too in portions. Right now the company is 2 months late in salary. Lies and deceit is what they teach you well. Once the client pays ...if at all...the immigration process goes down the drain as most people dont actually qualify and those who do ate smart enough to do the procedure on there own.. Work is unending and fruitless...projections will be asked 3 times a day...morning noon and evening. No compny support in lead generation or marketing or growth.
