The only thing i liked about working in wwf was that it was working for a good cause in india and it had a brand image being one of a leading NGO.

Dislikes

The IFR ( Fundraising) Department dont fares well with its employees.they will expect more from you and will support and provide you less. In Fundraising i worked with all energy and passion and was the first best performer during a championship conducted by them in Year 2020. Even after winning that championship i never saw any growth both i terms of salary or my position in wwf. Even the management system is very poor in ifr they dont know the value of an hardworking employee....Read More

Cause of Conservation is the crowning factor, which drives me to work for the organization. I have had a good run with WWF India, so far. Good Job Security and supportive senior management. Staff safety and security has been the top priority.

Dislikes

Some of the process are really time taking, reduces productivity.

Work Details

Work Life has been rewarding and satisfying. There is a lot of scope to grow, develop and do new things. New ideas are welcomed.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
