I have not worked here..I went to give interview n I was selected also. The designation they were giving was different from that posted by them on Naukri portal. Moreover, they were hiring for an HR person who will responsible for hiring only Individual Fund Raisers (IFR) who are in a way doing direct sales n the HR person would report to Head IFR. They have as seperate HR team for employee engagement payroll n recruitment of other profiles n do not consider HR - IFR as a team member. They do not have a proper waiting area, interview room or even an application form for interviewees. No processes as u can see. Do not go for this role....Read More

Do not join in IFR team as HR. Want that person to act as the only source for fund raisers and HR team WWF which is a different team, do not want any sort of pressure so they have excluded this HR IFR from their team n made him/her a one man army.
