Worst work culture, the team managers are the worst especially the management writing team leader, there is no value of employee's hard word and the Chinese team is exceptional rude to writers.

Nothing...team managers are rude towards new joiners...instead of trying to teach them, they simply terminate them even for smaller mistakes

Hire and fire policy....they give you loads of work and then fire saying that it was not up to the mark...they can not tolerate even a smaller mistakes of new joiners

If you are a person who wants to write research papers that are not field-specific and are ready to sacrifice your sleep, food, time and life, this is the right place for you. They will make you work all day and there is no such thing as office hours or flexible work hours. They abruptly lay people off during training. You will not have a life or time for anything else.

This company is totally fruad,don't waste your time for this pathetic company,the trainer who gave me training ,she didn't know the word of training but she gave her level of training that was so pathetic.The company seniors are so unhuman,they just don't know the meaning of humanity,but the hr of this company is good.This company policy has not anything.They fired people within a first of training period.Just report this company.This company should be exposed by everyone so that they will not join this company...Read More
