Team mates are very co-operative an Tge company practices Transparency, in communication and empowerment of people. As a business manager I enjoyed the job. My colleagues come from different culture and countries and we all worked as one team.

Dislikes

Compensation is not all that great. and dependent on whether you are a western expat or eastern expat. Different (low) salary structures and benefits for eastern expat. For this WorleyParsons alone cannot be blamed. This is the way the Middle East discrimates the expats. Growth is slow and limited.

Work Details

Work is interesting and my work was challenging as I have to look after business development, project Management and administration. Worked with difficult clients such as Ministries whose expectation of delivery is more disproportionate with the contract.
