Company name is just brand. There is no concept of idle hours. You need to put leaves else there will be payment cut off. Politics in work allocation. You will feel like company is pushing you to resign due to strict manhour booking

It is a good Company, who takes care of each and every employees even in COVID-19 situation. Though the market condition is down during this pandemic, still there is a job security. Which matters more for "Food, Shelter and Cloth".
