After the Jacob to Worley takeover was not handle closing the key talents Top Management is bias with lobbing of top managers from AKER or Pai group. Project /Work at Worley -Navi Mumbai is workshare, with all core activities and responsibility with Worley parent.

Working atmosphere at Worley Services in India has deteriorated after merger. It feels like only Top Level Management is working for growth of organization. Employees has feeling of labour. Compensation is decent.

Worley employees are sideline and Jacobs management monoploy is working in company. Worley image, name and fame is on downtrent due to Pakistani management sitting on top honorable position and good for nothing.
