Nothing as such except flexible timings.

Dislikes

Unprofessional Management, Unqualified Staff, No Such Growth Seems, No Extra Benefits for Employees, Unhygienic work place, Always try to fool their employees on increment or salary part, different HR policies for individual to indiviadual.

Work Details

No such proper facility even they are counting costs for cup of tea.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
