Phenomenal work like balance, very kind & technically sound colleagues, I'm talking about the European colleagues I had as I didn't had any teammates from India.

Dislikes

The Indian management is very selfish & always wants to make this into another Atos & a very service oriented company, which is where they all came from. Need the same European management values in India as well. Also the office location, the building itself has no facilities of their own & feels very cheap.

Despite being in fintech, there's minimal emphasis on technology, and management's expectations are highly unrealistic—akin to asking a fish to climb a tree. If sometime (rare case) need to do extra work then there is no extra logging hours option and neither they provide compensation for that.

No KT,u need to run here and there and complete your task.Even manager will also say we were aware that we won't have KT. Juniors will lead who are in this company for 5 years and above. Not structured way of working. They need everything quick fix in 1day. Looks like support work even in development projects.
