Everything. This place was so toxic. The large majority of those that are still there are actively trying to get out, across ALL departments. The leadership here has been a problem - they have no problem stretching the truth. Recently told a prospect they had 10k customers... That is overstating the number by over 9,900! You may get paid above the industry average, but that is only because they will micromanage you until you are stressed beyond belief. To their credit, some leaders are trying to change this mindset, but the CEO and COO are not going to change their ways, so the beatings will continue until morale improves.
