Poor work ethics. Worst lead engineers from the industry. Unsupportive team. Threatening work environment. Unprofessional behaviour from lead level people. There are good people as well but the these unprofessional, greedy, arrogant, illiterate people making bad image of the Wood Group in the market.

Micro managment, no work life balance, no job security, manager, assistant manager, SME thinks they are like God, only conspiracy and gossiping work they have, no support in work, Always poke, no guidelines for work, no overtime but will force to work overtime. No humor of talking, mentally harrasment and ego satisfaction is the prime duty of the seniors.
