Despite being a non polluting industry Wonderla is extremely cautious about environmental issues and give high priority to conservation and environmental protection.One of the best organization to work for.

Dislikes

Only thing is that since the company is under entertainment and amusement employees hardly gets leave on festivals and holiday seasons. However the organization tries to compensate for that.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
