As I used to work every aspect of accounts and finance from the scratch to reportings, it gave me an immense confidence and my hardwork helped me alot.

Dislikes

Very poor management. The chief operations officer doesn't know how to operate infact his ego overrules everything here. No policies no rules...

Dislikes

Management was never good enough. No proper training no Work and life balance always 12-14 hours of shift. I'm skills improvement daily one routine.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
