Its very pathetic organisation now. the CEO has only worked in Wockhardt Mumbai central. No policies. Now they are ready ti tolerate anything.

Wockhardt good but their rules and protocol are only according to benfit of them....they told 10% increment every year but not applied by HR....canteen is completely rubbish...not even like a roadside dhaba.

They doesnt gave payment of extra duty hours as payment.....duty shuffle anywhere where they wants....social groupism seen in hospital...by SENIOR nursing staff...duty hours expand but no explanation abt this.
