Job security = overall good ; work culture - satisfactory , management 3.7 out of 5 . Company policies = supportive !

Some lacking in lower level (not permanent) management staff which could be improved , call not responding on time when in some issues appears however it can be corrected by programs such by educating them by organising some seminar and showing empathy towards in my openion as a lower level staff ,however every organization has some good and weak points .

My work is good but there in foundation alway salry issue ..if you msg or mail in HR Dept they don't reply even they don't reply of good morning msg..the HR Dept specially Fatima mam don't know how to talk with a doctor or other employees
