From the limited experience of 18 months and projects (rapidly new projects coming and being ramped down at same speed) I can say job security is really good. One can wonder how's that possible if they are opening n closing at this speed, because they get new projects very frequently. They don't fire if projects wind up neither if you perform badly or not up to the mark. They will keep pushing you into different shops, if nothing suitable available you will be getting salary sitting home for months even a year. You will only be fired if you mess up really i.e.physical violence, utter disregard for policy. Specially at Gurgaon facility. Poor management. HR doesn't entertain your requests, mostly unreachable and when your manager instructs them a conversation with you they just put all the threats in first 5 minutes. Project can change at whim n fancy per FMs without any feedback.
