You just have to do your work sincerely. Rest will be taken care by the company.

There is nothing to dislike about the company but instead of having the recreational room which is of no use the company can have mini jym for workouts as people have very less time to do any physical activity.

People at agent level are good and helpful. Mostly company does lots of partiality in promotions and so expectations for promotions is useless.

Dislikes

Compensations, leave policy and OT Calculations are worse.
