Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. There's nothing to like. •1> Everytime they changes the structural plans & drawings. •2>Too much revision of one single plans(R1,R2,R3,R4,R5) like they don't know about structure analysis. •3>The consultants are too much egoistic and think they are main and their behaviour is rude. •4> Worst design of link beams too much reinforcement at one place. •5> Plans & drawings are not understandable. •6> If you want to check columns general arrangement plans drawings. You should check different plans at the checking time. Like corewall steel details they should also give numbering in the columns at same plan. •7>You will have to look at the other drawing again and again. •8>They should review their structural and MEP drawings again as both the sleeve and the steel are in the same place which creates a lot of difficulty for the fitters. • Plans should be sweet and easy to understand....Read More
