Never should have joined as I felt soon after I joined . No job security nor they care about employees . No work life balance . 12-15hrs min work per day . Sometimes I see ppl working till 4pm next day .. it doesn’t matter what you did in past or What you can do in future . They don’t really have a long term plan .forget long term ,no plans even for next 5 yrs. Looks no future to me . No project , no performance (15hrs of hard work) - pink slip next day ......Read More
