The founder of this company Madan moharana sir is really a nice guy, co-operative, cool and have a vast knowledge in Primavera. What ever problem do you have during job period you can share with sir and defenightly you will get a solution also. Salary credit in your account by 15th of every month.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
