I liked its culture the most. Candidates of all cities, gender, languages, religions, castes are given equal opportunities. More than 45% of the employess here are women and company also provide security for them. There is a flexible work schedule and employee-friendly culture here, so working on weekends is an exception rather than the norm. For professional development and skill enhancement, they offer Udemy/Coursera courses. They organized sessions with international trainers for core skills and soft skills.
