I don't like anything about WWS Wakad. Organization is neither good for teachers nor for students.

Dislikes

-Extremely heavy workload. Work doesn't get finished even after working on Saturdays and Sundays. -Authorities speak lies in public. - Authorities have opted all toxic ways of taking work from employees - There is no redressal system for employees to share grievances. - Partiality in providing increments. - New teachers or even old ones find it difficult to continue for long time.

Likes

It's good for Children. They are focused on Activity based learning.

Dislikes

Pay is really Less. There's is no job security. Additional work like gate duty and bus duty. No personal life after school.

Salary is good for a deserving person and one can learn a lot from peers and superiors especially from the principal

Dislikes

Too many exams which results in too much work for the teacher apart from sooo many extra curricular activities that a teacher has to look into
