I was selected as PGT ECONOMICS in this school in Nov 2021. They sent me the offer letter and asked me to send a copy of my resignation approved by the the current employer. I started serving the notice period and after 15 days HR informs me that somebody else has been recruited. The Principal and owner do not have any ethics & principles and they lack professionalism. Improper management. There's a lot of work pressure. Teachers are treated like kids. I don't appreciate authorities scolding and shouting at employees (which is a part of private organisations but this must not be acceptable and nobody talks about it).

Teachers are cooperative and supportive.

Principal (Ms. Aarti Kumar) is concerned for work only. She doesn’t put much restrictions regarding the ways you opt for doing that particular task. All she needs is completion of work on time and in a proper manner. She is very cooperative. Work pressure is quite high but then pay scale is also good.

Dislikes

There is a need to improve the work-life balance structure. Moreover at some parts( admin dept) KRA is not clear and extra work is also there.
