No focus on employee growth and well-being Lala company work culture only for name sake it's MNC. No work life balance as company is 42 km from hadapsar and bus quality is not good as from Last 3 years I am sitting on same and no improvement in employee comfort. No motivation for employees and only close to customer is the focus and let employee suffer. No proper pantry for employees .
