C level people are enjoying all the benefits., Mid management and low level having bad experience. CEO, CPO, CIO are gone nuts they are hiring and firing people like crazy for time pass.

only company culture is like to work in this company otherwise nothing is different to others to choose this.

There is no Job security in the company. Even service HR person also doesn't know what is going on in his Service vertical like IT. There is ZERO contribution of HR person in department. Company doesn't go in detail why some selected persons only getting promotions, why not others. Even Department Head and HR vertical will not speak to you about this. Egoistic persons are running the department.

Company's working . Like operation/logistics/market penetrating strategies.

Dislikes

Their sales manager . And the HR who are responsible to vanish garbage and create good work environment. Organisation is fantastic but particularly madhya Pradesh management is ugly. Politics/partiality/ no HR intervention. Irregular working hours from 8 am to 10 pm .
