Job security is there. Work culture is also fine. Management is terrible. Company policies are weird.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low and is also reduced during covid situation. Career growth is not at happening even after completing 28 months in same role with admirable performance.
