You will definately have job security (based on projects). Company policies are good. Good infrastructure

Dislikes

Not able to manage work life balance. Sometimes need to work on off day as well. Hike is not given by your work. Manager will expect you more to work. There is a bond of 5 years before which you cannot resign. Teammates are not supportive

As a student, it was ok. Manager was not ready to give release from project at any cost that's why needed to resign the company. HR listens only your managers view on your release
