Management is the worst here. Peak favourtism. No value of work done by you, you will get sidelined, discredited from your own work. No value of talent, just they value the bootlickers. I don't even understand how it gets counted in IT company, none of the machines work perfectly, a team of 10 depends on 2 machine to get the whole work done which adds to zero productivity. In this Era of 5G and AI they still want their workers to work in 2G Era. Tools get stuck, softwares hang and everything that a top mnc must not have is present here....Read More
